Thank you for choosing online registration. In order to proceed to the Online Registration site you must review and agree to the following Waiver Policy.

Waiver of Liability

I agree that I will not hold Backstage Dance Center or employee of either, liable for injuries or illness contracted by me while a student participating in activities run by Backstage Dance Center. Backstage Dance Center reserves the right to use student class photos or performance videos for business purposes.
